Summer 2017
Stop Feeling Guilty For What You Are Not Doing
For professional procrastinators, there’s no better time than summer to keep putting off important tasks. Great weather combined with nonstop, exciting outdoor events make it next to impossible to focus on that boring To Do List of yours.
But, when not completing your tasks is costing you money, the pain is double.
But there's a solution.
I am offering to take those boring tasks on. Because, let’s face it, if you haven’t gotten it done by now, chances are you won’t anytime soon!
As Einstein said, "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
Make this the last summer you feel bad about not doing what you promised to do. Help is closer than you think, but you have to take the first step.

Spring 2014 Newsletter 4•30
Hi,
Spring has sprung!!! Can I get an amen??? If you’re like me, you’re ready to shake off the long winter hibernation and step towards the new energy that spring symbolizes.
So, what are you ready to move towards?
What’s the project that got put on hold? Are your taxes done?
Moving from one season to the next is an easy transition, when you have the right help. Instead of getting frustrated that you put important things off, may I suggest you take a refreshing walk in the park to clear your head? Have you noticed the tulips coming up?
It’s been said that Einstein took restful boat rides to think more clearly when he hit a stumbling block. Surely, if it’s good enough for Einstein, it’s good enough for you.
Speaking of taxes??? Did you know?
You can still file! Yes, you will be late and there might be a small penalty if you owe. But, it’s still better then getting sent up river and wearing an orange jump suit for tax evasion….
If you just found a late 1099 or a missing receipt don’t fret. You can still file an amended return. Contact me immediately for a qualified CPA that will take the worry out and just maybe, find you more money.
Please keep reading. This spring newsletter is loaded with great resources and tips that will inspire you to take action.
Warmest and much love,
David

David’s Tips For Springing into Spring and Beyond!
Spring brings new energy and this is the time to put more spring in your step! My tips will create the organization for your home and office. Get ready to feel energized!!
“Organizing is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up.” A. A. Milne
*Your time is money. Start now with an easy to use financial tracking software.
You can save money if you know how much you are spending. I have found Quicken to be a magical, easy and consistent way to track where your money goes. I use it myself and find that by doing just a little work every few weeks I can save a lot work later. I can set up the program and align it with your bank account and credit cards. I will give you a special rate for 3 hours. So let’s begin! Call me and I can help you!
*Make your papers march in order!
Even if you are not up to filing or separating your personal papers from business ones, organize all papers so that they face the same way. This creates order in your mind.
*Focus on one room or area at a time
Work on one specific area and don’t stop until that area is finished. You will most likely find several items that don’t belong in that area, but simply put them in a box or bin and deal with them later. If you leave the space to put those items away, you’ll probably get distracted and overwhelmed with too many projects.
*Don’t give in to overwhelm.
As you set out to purge and get more organized, notice if you are becoming overwhelmed. That’s the time to bring in some outside help, someone that you trust that’s able to offer an objective perspective. Sometimes two heads are better than one.
*Tackle your junk drawer.
If you’re like me, you open your junk drawer several times each day (yes, even I have a junk drawer). Since I open that drawer often, I want it to feel great every time I do. Plus having that all important drawer organized makes everything else flow much easier.

I'm your trusted resource for trusted help. And, there is no cost for you!
Here are a few success stories from satisfied clients.
Health Aide
“I had the opportunity to employ Ms. Ali to take care of Evelyn (a friend) who is an elderly lady of 92 years who came highly recommended by David Lutzer. I have seen 110% improvement in Evelyn’s care since Ms. Ali has been employed. Ms. Ali is very caring, efficient and can make Evelyn do things that she should do but would not want to do. Thanks so much to David for recommending her. I am sure that anyone David recommends will work out as David investigates character as well as work performance”.
Marva Latimore
Financial Advisor
“David Lutzer referred me to a financial adviser named Rosalyn. She's one of the most pleasant people I've met and brilliant at finance. She went through every financial document I had, explained the future of each investment and what to modify for maximum return in coming years. I didn't think there were any honest and knowledgeable financial counselors of that caliber out there and happily she changed my mind”.
Ed Katz
Accountant
“I have been a client of David’s for ten years. He referred me to an excellent accountant who I can call on at any time and whose services I have used for several years”.
Gail
I have many referrals to share with you in all professions and trades. It’s all about taking care of you, my client.
